Mobile app and alerts

My mobile app has stopped giving me alerts. I'm also not getting email/sms notifications. This has resulted in me missing the messages of two prospective guests and is damaging my response rate. How do I contact Airbnb to have them fix the app as well as my response rate?

I too have problems with the mobil app: I can not respond because "my phone is registered to many accounts" ???? I have 3 units for rent.  I have been all over the website and see no way to phone airbnb!
