We are in Mexico where it frequently happens that a person books an accomodation for one and then after the confirmation five show up. The same thing just happened after an airbnb booking. I guess the only option is to complain to airbnb.David Latest reply by Patricia3519

Getting the transactions in a csv file format seems quite easy. But when I upload the file to Excel, the dates are a mixed format - some US and some UK. Some dates are also not 'date' format - but text that looks like a date. This is really frustrating... Latest reply by René360
