Looking for Insurance for non renter damages

Hi all, First time poster. I've read that isurerance providers such as proper, farmers,  AmFam and allstate all offer good STR policies. Does any one know of, or have experience with any of these companies or another company that covers damages unrelated to the renter? I may be misunderstanding the STR insurance coverage but I thought it only cover damages caused by a renter and not for example, a busted pipe, tree falling, electrical fire, high wind damage, etc. Thanks for any advice!

For your example, you would need to purchase home warranty insurance to cover the repair of a burst pipe.  Renter and Home owner insurance would cover for remediation, repairs and restitution to your property and personal belongings that may have occurred as a result of water/sewage damages.
