Money made available but cannot cash it

Hi, I hosted my first 3 guests. Airbnb sent me the message that the money is available, however, I cannot cash same. The system does not accept the IBAN of my country, namely Mauritius and when I try my Paypal account, it is asking for the bank account routing number, where my bank only has a swift number !          I  then tried through my credit card and here again, it is not recognising my gold mastercard ! I therefore have not been able to cash the money made available since 25 July. Any one can help ? Thanks.

If it is possible for you, it takes about 30 days for the first payout and after every 24 hours, also you could see this link :

Thank you very much Miloud, however, it seems that the payment has duly been effected to my PayPal account, where now, it is PayPal requesting for a routing number of my bank, same not existing in Mauritius, other than a swift code. I will need to sort same out with PayPal now ! I hope that I will manage to get this cleared soon. Thanks again, Francois
