Monthly Earnings

Hi there! I had a problem in the last week with checking the progress, and earnings in general. It took ages to load the page, or didn’t even open it. When I was able to open it, it said that the earnings for this month was £3.197,97, and today for some reason it is only £2.634,03. None of my guests have cancelled, and I checked all the bookings, and when I calculated it is still £3.197,97. I have no idea why it shows the wrong amount, has anything like this happened before to anybody?

Correct, the actual transactions in the transaction history are not even loading!! It has been going on for well over a week for me. I have reached out to Airbnb several times, no help, no resolution. Now my taxes are late because I can't access the page. It's beyond frustrating.
