Hi all,
would appreciate some help here.
I have a monthly discount set and a guest has just completed their stay.
However, when the guest booked this, their discount was shown on their booking receipt, but it was not shown my end on my transaction/payout receipt either on booking or at any point!
Should air bnb not deduct the discount automatically at booking with the guest and also show this on my transaction and pay me out only the discounted amount also?
I should bot be having to reimburse a guest their discount correct?
I should also add that the guest is now reporting that they have been charged the full amount (however have sent me a screen shot of their discounted charge only) and air bnb are saying they need go speak with me?

Thanks, yea I have but was just wondering in your experience, is the monthly discount usually taken off payment and therefore not paid out to hosts in the first place?

Discounts weekly or monthly are taken off before the guest even pays, watch out guests are crafty critters at getting money back from hosts.
Transaction history and reservations only show actual amount you get after discounts are applied.
