Monthly earnings amount wrong

Hi, my name is Premal and i hve a question regarding an inquiry. The total amount of nights the guest wants to stay is 28 nights but the total calculation for my earnings doesnt match the amount of nights.

can you pls help.

Hi @P24 Premal, you have a 40% monthly (stays of 28 plus nights)  discount set up on your listing- so this is why the amount will be much lower than 28 full-priced nights at your listing.
