We send Resolution Payments with almost every guest because of extra services we provide, from daily cleaning services, massage and items from our local farm store. I need to be able to itemize what was purchased for different tax and business reasons. When I send the Resolution Payment request to the guest, I write in the note what the payment is for. But looking at Transaction History and the downloaded Csv. file, the payment is just a lump #. The notes are not accessible in the spreadsheet. Is there a way to view all the details and notes of the Resolution Payments?
