Moving House

Hi

i am moving house this summer and would still like to host on a regular basis. My question is, will my reviews follow me or do I lose all of them when I move? That would be hard as I am a super host with some great reviews. I rent out my spare room so am always around.

@Lizzie4 your reviews will be viewable on your profile page, and you will maintain your Super Host status.

But do be aware that guests will not see your old reviews on the listing page for your *new* listing (I am assuming you are creating a new listing when you move). To see your old reviews, guests would have to click on your profile.

If you somehow are going to transport your existing listing to your new location, then everything will stay.

Acually I don't know if it would be possible to change the adress of a listing, change all the pictures and the description and fill it with the data of the new house.

Here's what I would to:

As soon as You know when You will be mooving, block all future dates that can no longer be rentet for Your existing listing.

Generate a new listing, in addition to the existing listing. Now You have 2.

As soon as the new listing is online, You can "pause" the old listing, then it will no longer show on the platform. It can be paused forever. I am not shure that if You actually completely delete Your old listing, the reviews You have received for it will also be deleted !!

As far as I understand the airbnb system, all reviews that You as a person have ever received for one, 2 or 17 listings will stay with You personally till the end of time.
