Moving guest to different unit on her end

Moving guest to different unit on her end

A guest agreed to move from unit A to identical Unit B.  So that I can accomodate a longer term request for unit A.  I would like her to make the request on her end so I maintain superhost.  I would also like to make sure she recieved the same price as well.  How can I give her the instructions so she can have a guide on how to do it.

You need to change the reservation. Just change the accomodation and check if price calculated is the same. If not, manually adjust the price. The guest needs to confirm the change. BTW changing a reservation has nothing to do with Superhost status.

Not a problem, the host can do this without penalty. Go to the reservation and click "details" then click "change or cancel" one of the options is to move the booking to your other listing and you can alter the price if its not the same. The guest then has to accept the change.
