Apparently, they've changed this. I have a guest today who was confused about their payment. When I called ABB I was told they now allow guests to make multiple payments. I didn't know about this, and wouldn't have approved it. However, there doesn't seem to be a setting to allow me to require one payment or allow multiple payments. I'm not happy about this, because if the second payment doesn't go through, the reservation is cancelled and I'm out the booking. I'm upset with ABB for not allowing owners to decide whether they'd like to opt in or out, or even alerting us that this was being rolled out.
