BNB make it quite clear on their website that they take host cancellations seriously and what the penalities are. It's worth reading up on how BNB works before letting your listing go live. It is so easy for new hosts to find themselves in difficulties because they haven't understand issues such as Instant Book, House Rules, Cancellations, Deposits etc.
@Conor9 if you want your dates unblocked you need to call BNB and plead your case - if you are a new host and there was a genuine misunderstanding they may do something for you.
@Janice12 it's not about them being grumpy - simply reinforcing their cancellation policy.
