My Response Rate

Hi Airbnb,

 

May I know why my response rate dipped and what is the reason behind that?

To clarify, do you mean your booking rate?
Or the time to respond to enquiries?
If you mean your booking rates and lack of enquiries it could be a number of issues, including IT issues, if your calendar is up to date or something else.

If it's your response rate to messages and your replies it could be because you may not have adhered to replying within 24 hrs, alas some people simply do not have access to the internet to always respond within that timeframe for whatever reason, including residing in rural areas where there's a lack of access to the internet.

Wow, @Kim---BELVILLA0. How do you manage to manage 1735 different listings? That is crazy many! 

@Sandra856  it appears @Kim---BELVILLA0 is one of many in the customer service team for Belvilla Property management who let out homes on behalf of owners - a little bit like a Property Manager.

 

@Kim---BELVILLA0what are your local regulations for STR in Zurich, Switzerland?

 

Is it the same as Residential Tenancy Regulations?

Have you had any regulations introduced that may be impacting on STR or other lets?
