To clarify, do you mean your booking rate?
Or the time to respond to enquiries?
If you mean your booking rates and lack of enquiries it could be a number of issues, including IT issues, if your calendar is up to date or something else.
If it's your response rate to messages and your replies it could be because you may not have adhered to replying within 24 hrs, alas some people simply do not have access to the internet to always respond within that timeframe for whatever reason, including residing in rural areas where there's a lack of access to the internet.
