My airbnb card

Hello! I am an airbnb host for apartment Centar and when i started doing buisness with you, you send me an airbnb card where i would get paid. Now that card is not working for some reason a i have money on it. While it worked i payed with it via internet and inside the stores. Also i could get cash from an ATM. Now nothing works and i would like it fixed please asap
