My first bad review

Recently I had a guest that booked 2 nights and when he came he brought a homeless person with him. He left her here alone and she was above and beyond offensive.   Finally had to tell her we do not accept that kind of language at our house.  She cut back a little.  Then she informed me she didn’t like that she had to g to the end of the driveway to smoke her pot. (I have oxygen on the premises).  She obviously was a meth user which was pointed out to me by other guests. She had tried to commit suicide  previously and went on and on about all the times she has spent in jail. She cooked in my kitchen which is fine but ended up using some of my food.  Then she invited her dad here for supper.  No problem there. Fortunately she left with her dad back to the streets a day early.    I gave  a review on the guest that booked not her. Then low and behold she said my house was dirty throughout the whole house, my communication was bad and my house description was not correct.  I was so surprised as literally every guest has said everything is  sparkling clean.  We have never had anything below a 5 on any reviews.  She gave me 3 ‘s which lowered me down to a 4.9.  It is now back up to 5. I reported it to Airbnb but they said there is really nothing they can do.  Any suggestions on what to do if a guest brings in someone like that again?

@Susan1662 yes, don't accept them. Write down in your house rules if you havent still that only guests that are on the booking confirmation can stay and stick to that. If someone breaks your rule call Airbnb and have them cancel their reservation.
