My guests do not respect the House Rules

Hello everyone,

My guests are not following my house rules. I started to have problems with my neighbours and they still have 3 more nights to stay in my appartment.

What can be done in this situation? Please help!

You don't say what rules they aren't following so difficult to comment @Alexandru31 

In general if they break your house rules ie no late night noise, then send them a warning via Airbnb and by text/in person, to say if the rules are broken again, you will need to ask Airbnb to cancel the booking.

Call Airbnb to flag with them your concerns and neighbour complaints.

If they break the house rule again, contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel the booking and then you can ask your guests to leave.

The noise is the main issue. No damage in the appartment until now .. I hope 🙂
