Hello,
I've added an apartment to my account and I can see it listed on the dashboard but when I send out the link, I got the message "The listing is not available".
What is the problem?
Thanks!

Hi,
If you activated the listing, you have to wait until it´s integrated in the system. So be patience, can be up to 24 hours. Best,Emiel

If you mean, @Alexandre264, this listing: http://www.airbnb.com/rooms/22511097 it is already visible to others.
Hi, thanks so much for your helpful information. All solved then!
All the best and Happy New Year 😉
I am having the same problem - please help. My link is https://www.airbnb.com.sg/rooms/23213539?s=51
The unit has been listed for at least 2 weeks. I set it up NOT to have instant booking because I want to screen my guest.
Last evening, I get an enquiry and I pre-approve it and initiate a dialogue with the potential guest. Then I found out she is actually booking on behalf for her friend from America. I told her to get her friend to book directly by sending over the link to my property. Her friend subsequently complained that he couldn't see my listing.
I spent some time investigating the issue and made these observations:
1. I can see the listing following the URL on my regular browser
2. I can't see my listing if I use an incognito browser (privacy mode) or someone else browser
I thought it might have to do with the pre-approval I have done earlier, so I have also removed the pre-approval, it doesn't work. Then I decline the initial enquiry, still it doesn't work.
Please help...it is getting extremely frustrating.
No listing is attached to your profile, we can't trace or check it. You will have to contact airbnb, click the link. They do say twitter gets a good response.
Has the listing by any chance been taken down by airbnb ? I believe there are strict regulations in Singapore when it comes to short term rentals.
the property is in Bangkok though I live in Singapore.
i also listed my house few hours back, but soon after listed it appears , now the linkl and the search says the listing is not available..
