My listing not appearing/Link not working!

Hi guys!

 

I recently listed a house on Airbnb and I cannot find it in the search or maps. Also when sharing the link to another person to see if they can view it, it doesn't work and takes them to the Airbnb home page instead!

 

This is my listing link with the listing name as: "Perfect Home for Superbowl! Comfy and cozy.":

Yes, in the past everything worked well.

 

It's hard to know when it started because booking requests have been slow anyway on account of the pandemic. It may have started around the time we opened up another ticket for a payment issue that also appeared to be a system glitch. I do not know if it's related or coincidence. 

 

The listing can't be found in their system. 403 error.

 

We've reached out repeatedly to Airbnb through multiple methods. I have been told now 3 times that a case specialist will reach out to me within 24 hours, but I've heard nothing. In the meantime, I've been frantically listing our retreat on other booking sites. I realize exclusively building our business on Airbnb for a decade has made us extremely vulnerable to glitches like this.

I'm having the same exact issue. @Airbnb WTH is going on? We've been trying to get helpful responses. This is unacceptable for a company this size. You should be able to determine which server is having issues and rectify the issue ASAP.

 

As hosts, we depend on your systems to work and function properly so that we may make a living. This in turn helps Airbnb employ people, make a profit as a company, and reassure investors that everything is running smoothly. Please ensure that these systems are fixed or compensate hosts for loss of revenue.

 

I have two links that should work (both for the same listing), does this have anything to do with the new "custom link" if so, count me OUT!

@Luis3261 We've been waiting at least a month for them for any sort of acknowledgement let alone a solution. I call every day. EVERY DAY. Every time someone says a "case manager" will be in touch within 24-48 hours. I have hired my own software engineers to dig into it, and we have information that can help them pinpoint the problem. It doesn't matter. Unfortunately we don't have a business outside of Airbnb; we have built our brand and reputation exclusively on their platform for 10 years. This "software glitch" is dstroying us. 

 

 

@Luis3261 If you do hear back from anyone or receive any sort of explanation, please let me know. At this point, we are looking into ways of putting outside pressure on them to address and take responsibility for the devastating impact this "glitch" has had on hosts.

Hello everyone, if someone found a way of how to solve it please let me know since I am facing the same problem now.

Has anyone found a solution?? I am having the same issue. They tell me it takes 72 hours to verify my listing but I have already been told it is verified.

How did you get it fixed ? I am having the same issue.

I am having the same issue. My link is showing as listed but it’s directs you to the home page. I have contacted Airbnb and am just finding out that the account is suspended, but this is my very first listing so idk how it is even suspended. This whole process has been very frustrating. Can someone let me know when this link works for them?

It does not!! Neither does mine. I published mine a week ago and still nothing. Airbnb has absolutely no answers for me. Do you want my suggestion?? USE VRBO!! I gave up on Airbnb yesterday afternoon and made a VRBO account. I already have 3 bookings!! Sorry Airbnb, but get it together and you wouldn't loose customers!!
