Yes, in the past everything worked well.
It's hard to know when it started because booking requests have been slow anyway on account of the pandemic. It may have started around the time we opened up another ticket for a payment issue that also appeared to be a system glitch. I do not know if it's related or coincidence.
The listing can't be found in their system. 403 error.
We've reached out repeatedly to Airbnb through multiple methods. I have been told now 3 times that a case specialist will reach out to me within 24 hours, but I've heard nothing. In the meantime, I've been frantically listing our retreat on other booking sites. I realize exclusively building our business on Airbnb for a decade has made us extremely vulnerable to glitches like this.
