My listing shows as inactive when I send a link

Hello

When I share the link to my listing, it shows up as inactive even though the listing is active.  Can you help me solve the issue?

Hi,

There is no active listing on your profile.

So it is in snoozing state or it is deactivated, or it does not excist at all.

Can you sent the link ?

Maybe start here:

Best regards,

Emiel

Thanks for the reply.

My listing shows as active inside my dashboard, and I received email confirmations stating this.

I can edit my calendar and block off dates.  I am even able to make changes to the payout method.

I have a screenshot that shows the listing as active inside my dashboard, but I can't figure out how to upload it?

Here is the link from inside my dashboard.

Hi,

The direct link to your lising says: "This listing is no longer available"

So nobody can see or book your place

I also noticed your reviews stop in May 2017.

Did airbnb deactivated your listing ?

I suggest to contact Airbnb,

@Matthew-and-Cynthia0 Very odd. You’ll want to contact Airbnb directly to have them fix it on the back end. A quick web search will turn up the number.

My listing shows up as active in the search results.  I was able to locate it through the AirBnB help.

My last review was in May when I traveled to San Antonio on business.  I just switched to hosting this month, and published the listing tonight.

I will reach out to AirBnB...kind of a weird way to start my hosting experience.

Hi

I overlooked the reviews were host reviews, sorry, so no relation to your own listing.

You mentioned you published your listing just tonight ?

Then maybe wait, as it can take some time before it will actual appear.

I wondered: the screenshot from the dashboard, is it taken from a desktop or laptop ?

If so, it looks rather different then the dashboard screen on my computer

Best regards,

Emiel

I contacted AirBnB, and they confirmed my issue, but have no idea what's causing the issue.  They said it could take 48 hours to fix the problem. We then got disconnected. What joy.

In the mean time I've got guests who want to book the space for Thanksgiving week.  I was hoping to direct them through the AirBnB platform because I'd like the review.
