My listings do not show up

I have being calling you a couple times because my listing are not showing, they say they are active and the calendar shows they are open but when you do a search they do not show up, the firt time I called they say they where going to fix it, the second time they said I got an email last year, but I do not remember but nobody can tell me what was the email about, I am still waiting to know what is the problem, because nobody can tell me yet, could you help me please? thanks
