My location upon searching

Just wondering if anyone knows how Airbnb fine tune their search locations for property owners.

That's a good question that I've often wondered about to.

When I look for my listing using "Map view" in the area I am it doesn't seem to come up, yet when I look by date it does.

Very frustrating as I've missed guests booking as a result.

it would be helpful if perhaps better location tools are used, do you find that to?

i have been trying to host for a few months now! but i can not publish my post due tononerecognition of location!!! super fustrating ive spokn to abnb advisors all who tell me someone else will contact me regarding this issue and im still waiting !

Pick a nearby address that the system recognizes and publish your listing. Now snooze the listing to stop folks booking. Click the link for how to snooze:

You can then manually alter the address.

After you get your first booking only customer service can alter the address.
