My stats are wrong

My stats are wrong

Hello everyone,

 

I'm a new host and I'm really enjoying it. I respond very quickly to all my messages - within the hour of receiveing them. BUT. I've just looked at my stats tab and it says my response rate is 90%. How can this be?

 

Am I missing something/is there someway I can query this with Airbnb?

The stats are notoriously inaccurate. I wouldn't worry.

Even try checking from desktop / mobile device the should be different... 🙂

@Emma79 I am really glad that you are enjoying being a host and it is really nice! 

Now about response rate, have you checked your Pending Requests in your Messages? Are they empty? Are you sure that you have  replied to all your messages by replying, preapproving or declining any requests or questions? 

 

 

Hi everyone, we are accredited with having a three star review in our overall stats. Upon checking under the new site not one of our reviews is three stars , the lowest being four stars. How can I have this rectified?
