NEW MEMBERS GUEST DIFFICULTIES WITH BOOKING

i have a guest trying to finalise a weeks booking and she has sent me this message "  it gives an error regardless of what we fill out in the booking process (before even getting to payment details, apparently to do with postal code, but nothing we have tried or (Hidden by Airbnb) did for seems to help)

Does anyone have any idea what migth be wrong?

If the error is not mentioned, it's hard to guess what is going wrong.

Maybe as an alternative you can sent them the booking by special offer ?
