NO SHOW

NO SHOW

Hi.

Our 1st guests should have arrived today. We have tried to contact by phone, text and email, but have received no response. There was no profile photo, and they appear to also be 1st time users. And  booking appears to be confirmed.  Has anyone  had any similar experiences,  have we been duped? Guest only said first name and was in area for the day. Very confused and increasingly worried.

I have had guests not show up so you should still get paid. Usually you get confirmation that payment has been released 24 hours after scheduled check out.

Contact airbnb and express your concern for the guests and ask them to try and get hold of them. This will put you in a good position for tomorrow, when you get a message saying they couldn't find you and want a refund.

@Dennis340I agree with Jeff, contact Airbnb to report the guests have yet to arrive.  Did they mention an ETA when they booked your listing?  We meet and greet our guests at check-in so I always ask for an arrival time.
