NSW fires

I have had a few cancellations due to being situated close to fires in NSW. I can’t seem to find a policy for Natural Disasters but have been told there is one. Can you please advise.

there is a policy to protect guests....there is nothing to protect hosts.

If you have information that your area is not affected by these fires, you might consider informing future guests.  Of course they might cancel because other travel plans are afffected.  Air BNB will allow a non-penalty cancellation.
