Need contact Airbnb URGENT: System bug

A guest sent me a booking request (mobile app notification but no email notification received). I approved it with the app. But the guest cannot see my approval. I tried to decline/cancel it and rebook but it does not work!! The guest name has already set on the calendar and the dates are blocked/reserved for him, with a different colour from my other reservations. (screenshot attached). Really confused and I am sure this is a bug with Airbnb's system. Need urgent solution please, otherwise the guest do not know what to do with this booking!

Airbnb should provide a contact number to call!!!!!!

The system is so unstable!! Too many bugs.

The guest's reservation is not finalized.  Likely for one of 2 reasons: (1) their payment is being declined and Airbnb is trying to resolve that or (2) you have criteria for renting that they have not met and Airbnb is attempting to contact them to finish with their validation.  This is not a system bug.

We are hosts in Nova Scotia and are having difficulty contacting air bnb (a rea human) to resolve. Do you have a contact number that you could send me? Much appreciated , Alanna

What happned is, I firstly clicked "pre-approve" then on the message box it appeared "booking comfirmed" but I did not receive any emails. Then the Pre-approve/decline button is still there! Then I tried to logged in on desktop, the pre-approve/decline button is greyed out with a notes saying something like ”your dates is not available please update your calendar first”

The guest said that he cannot see any bookings made on his side so he have no idea whats next. I did not have any criterias for renting and he did not receive any contact from airbnb.

One of my previous experience with a booking: a guest sent me a message asking me to refund her money because she cancelled a booking 5 minutes after instantly booked. The weird thing is, I never received any notifications about her booking! I told her that she probably booked with someone else not me! Then, this canceled booking appeared after three days. This makes a huge misunderstanding between me and the guest!

And don't keep trying to cancel the booking on your end! As the others have said, you can't cancel it because it isn't a finalized booking but IF YOU DID CANCEL those days would be blocked! No one would be able to book them. Also encourage the guest to contact Airbnb from their end, it is more their problem than yours.

Okay but the thing is we do not know how to contact airbnb. There isnt a customer service number or email listed anywhere
