Hi

I have a apartment in Mijas, Miraflores Golf, Spain which i am looking to rent out for holidays. i am  in the process of getting the property registered as i understand i have to do this to 'legally'       achieve a rental income.
my reason for meaasaging is i am looking to get a run down of all the legal documentation i need and   requirements of my apartment i need to put in place to achieve my aims of holiday rentals? and also thecost of advertising the apartment?
any help would be much appreciated :-)
