Unfortunately you can't BnB make it difficult for hosts to contact them and don't have an email you can use.

 

I find it easier to give them a call or use their social media.

How does one call Airbnb??  I am a host and am having problems collecting our tourist occupancy tax and pet fee charges??  Any guidance is greatly appreciated!!
