Needing Help!!!

I have a guest, who stay at my place for 2 days, she had never say anything during her stay, she got full refund after her check out and worked with airbnb stuff, what is the point to be a host? I worked so hard and guest got full refund, I need help to make things right, it is not fare to me.

From reading your reviews (from two different people!) it sounds like your listing is NOT accurate.  I would expect to get my money back too if I were bait-n-switched like that.

She checked in and she chosen to stay, she didn't say anything during her stay, it is not fare to me and guests who might stay if she is. Ot occupied my place. She used the place , facilities, utilities and Internet, she hot to pay my services.make things right.

If you are accommodating people in a different listing than the one you are advertising you deserve the bad reviews you are receiving. Are the reviews correct? You keep mentioning that they stayed but that's not the point.
