New Air BNB host

Hi

Ive just listed on the site. I have had an enquiry that has made alternative arrangements. How to I log this as I keep getting emails saying to respond. I don't want to decline, because essentially I'm not declining they just changed their mind. Can someone tell me how to proceed?

As long as you have replied you don't have to do anything. Just hit the 'X" on the top of the email you receive and they will not reappear.

@Jane1010  do have a read through the Airbnb Help Centre - it will help you understand the basics around managing your Airbnb - including how booking enquiries and requests work.
