New Listing not Publishing

Hello! I just added a new listing (woo hoo)! But it won't publish. It may be because both our locations share the same address? I'm not sure. It's giving me the error to move the pin closer to the address (which I tried, no luck). I'll include a screen shot. 

I also tried using another browser (went from Chrome to Safari) to publish it. Though I was relieved to see all my hard work was saved... it still didn't publish. What should we do?!
