I have sold the holiday rental and want to change  the listing to the new owner without removing live bookings

You have bookings all the way to December .  

You should contact Airbnb customer service since you no longer own the property and would no longer be the host.

I do not think you can transfer the listings from the system. You may have delist and have the new owner list.

@John2583  Listings cannot be transferred. Reviews remain with the host, not the house. You sold a house, not a business. The new owner will have to create his own listing. You really should have contacted Airbnb before the sale and asked what to do about cancelling the guests. Now you will have to contact all of them, let them know that the place has been sold and ask if they would like to have their bookings go over to the new listing and host or prefer to have their booking cancelled. Then contact Airbnb to find out how this can best be done. Be prepared for some angry guest responses, which would be justified. Guests book not only because of the accomodation itself, but based on the reviews and the host. Thinking they'll just be okay with some new host with no reviews seems pretty disrespectful.
