I had guests check in 1/1/18.
Here in NZ it's a public holiday for banks on 1/1/ and on 2/1. Air BnB are saying I'm still not paid out and today is the 3rd.
Can someone please advise what's happening?

@Abbey6, are you new to hosting?
If you are new hosts, then all payments will be held until 30 days from the date of your first confirmed booking (not the date of the stay, but the date the booking was made).
When was your first booking confirmed?

yes this is my first time hosting. My booking was confirmed 6/12. So i should receive it on the 6/1?
Today it is the 4/1 so ill wait until then. However I have Airbnb emailing me saying i need to update my payment method. I had already done this. It’s saying there is an error. Is there a number I can call for help? There doesn’t seem to be very good communication on here to deal with someone direct..

Ahh I hope you don’t have a bank account with a 3 digit suffix at the end. Just a thought ..this isn’t accepted by payonner. I had to change bank accounts because of this.
