New host listing error message "Input was malformed"

Ive received an invitation to host and am trying to set up the listing for my property. My profile govt ID, phone and email have been confirmed and verified. When I get to the part of the kissing where i list the property address I get a pink banner error message "Your request could not be completed. Input was malformed"  - I can't go any further with the listing.

Has this happened to anyone else or has anyone heard of this error? Someone I know was trying to list their property over a week ago and got the same message. Airbnb advised it was a problem at their end which they are working on to fix and would advise the person when done - they still haven't heard anything. Keen to list if the system would allow.
