@Stephanie1169 there are a lot of instructions on the Airbnb website and if you are more of a visual learner there are also a lot of YouTube videos on almost everything. Could you please let us know what is it that you have problem with? There are a lot of experienced hosts here, someone might be able to help you.

Hello @Stephanie1169, I was just wondering how everything went. Have you seen Anna's reply?

@Stephanie1169    For beginners, don't type in all caps.   It makes it hard to read and gives the impression that you are yelling.   😉      Second, this forum has a lot of useful information for first time hosts;  browse the various sections, and use the search tool.

PS:  I took a look at your listing and it could really use some help.  You have 41 pics--most of them way too dark and/or blurry.  Why is there a picture of a ceiling vent? Pictures tell a story and as a potential guest, these photos would definitely put me off.  How about children? You mention "families", yet your listing states "two guests".   "Prices vary" for use of the grill?  Dinner and lunch menu? Are you licensed to serve food?  You might want to check what the regulations are in your state in regards to that.  There are also a lot of typos in your description.   I would suggest to you to look at some comparable listings near you.   Read their descriptions, pics, look at their house rules and compare prices.   I think you might be a little on high end at $71 per night for two people.

Good luck!
