New to Airbnb guests

To add to 60 tips: I get a lot of guests that are first time Airbnb guests. I use a saved message that I send to first timers so that  they understand  that I am not a B & B . Helps to clarify confusion.

Hi @Beth44, I am curious about what you say in your message. How do you say you are different than a B&B? Maybe this is something I should do as well. Also, I went to school at NAU- a big shout-out to Flagstaff!

New to Airbnb folks sometimes confuse Airbnb with a Bnb. Can you confirm that it would be __guests? After I hear back from you we can move ahead with a booking."
