New to hosting. Please critique my new listing !

Hello Everyone.  Though I am quite immune to hosting into a more organized hotel setups, I have homes in 2-3 cities which I would like people to come and stay in, But I am fairly new to listing here on AirBnb and would appreciate any and all constructive criticism to help us along the way.  

We're in a quite and serene neighbourhood of bustling North Goa India.  We've been averaging 200-300 views per month, but we're just not converting views to inquiries to bookings as effectively as I would have imagined.  I think we're very competitively priced and seem to be doing things as best we can, but other sets of eyes would be beneficial.  Here's the link...

Your place seems to be very classy and nice. But you DESPERATELY need better, profesional pictures.  You should also change your cover picture of a window with another one.

Could you add some carpets and decorations in your living room and bedrooms to maybe make them look ... warmer and more appealing?

You have it listed as entire home/apartment but there is no picture of a kitchen.. or I missed it?

Thanks for your valuable feedback and suggestions. I will surely keep it in mind and redo the things. I think I missed out on kitchen pictures. If there any other suggestions please let me know.
