New to this

Hello. A question for other hosts. I have a 3 bedroom house but am making available 2 rooms and the rest of the house. How is best to present that? Also, I have cats. How does that work? I’m new, so any and all info or advice is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Brian, 

Just start filling in the profile and most things will become apparent as you follow the steps.

Make sure you tick the box for "pets live on this property" and ensure that you mark which spaces are shared. The more transparent you can be towards guests the better and the less surprises they get that can give you a negtive rating. If you have more specific questions, please feel free to ask them here in the forum. 

My best advice would be to chose a name that's descriptive and selling "charming central location" or "central downtown" or something that makes it immediately obvious why they should choose your listing and not another.
