Hi,

I have a 3 bedroom house advertised. 

Is the nightly price a total for the three bedrooms or how do I set it up per room?

Or should I do per guest?

Any help or advice welcome

Yes, price is for all rooms, as it is one listing.

You need to setup a listing for each room to offer them seperately.

@Mandy216  I have a three bedroom house. You may check listings on my profile to get an idea how to set up three rooms as three different listings and the entire house as the forth lusting. 

Just make sure that you need to link the calendars of individual house listings to the calendar of the entire house. Then somebody book entire house, all three room listings are blocked. Or a listing of individual room is booked, the entire house will be blocked for the same dates.
