I agree. But I never hat a problem with that..... Email contact via the Help enter was answered very fast, I got even calls from AirBnB to calify my problem. There are phone numbers, twitter accounts..... and aminly in USA the response is very good.
@Tracy78 Sorry you have had such a negative experience with Air BNB customer service to leave such a negative statement. Not sure what you tried to do but a complete listing of both the alternative ways to reach Air BNB (phone, email, and twitter) and the country phone numbers is located on this community center. Go to Discuss and select community guides. Hope you have a better experience.
