Our query relates to payouts not being received.
It relates to two bookings, both which had to pay out in 2018.
On the airbnb site it says the payments were released and we must contact Payoneer. Payoneer is like pulling teeth. No success, no luck and no feedback.
Detailed info:
a) we host in South Africa;
b) we receive payouts to a SA bank account - to which we have succesfully been receiving all of our payouts.
c) our bank says nothing is wrong on their site.
I simply have no idea how to go about this. Although several people have complained I cannot see how resolution was ever achieved if it was at all?
Would really really appreciate any help!
