Hey @Laura2319 I can't say anything about seasonality where you are as I don't know your area, but people do tend to travel less during the Christmas period.
I don't know if guests would do different things in your area in winter than summer and if so, maybe you could adjust your listing discription/photos to show that to potential guests.
I have about 7 days of December booked out at the moment which is less than would be usual for me in a normal month, but then comparing the months as they go isn't a fair comparison- comparing year-on-year is the best way, but neither of us have the data for that....yet 🙂
Your listing looks very charming! I did have a quick scout around, it doesn't look like you have updated your calendar for 3 months- it's worth doing this daily if you can- blocking a date, then opening it again, adjusting a price and then adjusting it back.
This shows you being an 'active' host on the platform, and this can help with your search rankings and so on- active hosts make safer bets for bookings and should show higher in search results.
I log on daily and make a change, make a simple change to the text in my listing etc.
