tengo mi apartamento con cobro adicional a partir de una 4ta persona, sin embargo cuando el huésped hace el cambio la plataforma no está haciendo el cobro por la persona adicional (dejó pantallazo). Esto en normal? Que debo hacer para corregirlo? (Tener que decirle al huésped uno por mensaje directo que el precio debería subir suena como una mala experiencia)
There are a lot of glitches in the change option, and this one of them.Your listing clearly charges for the 5th guest. You can make the change yourself and then adjust the price manually. And tell the guest there is an error.
