No guest fee listing

I read somewhere recently that new listings after a June 2019 would attract a new fee pricing structure whereby the guest pays no Airbnb booking / service fee - presumably the host pays more.

Is this the case and if so; what is the new fee structure and can existing listings be moved into this new pricing structure?

What you are talking about started around June in the UK, letting agents with 100s of listings have the option but its still not offered to small hosts.

This company with 1263 listings has no booking fees.
