Review question

Hi, 

We had guests cancel late due to illness.  It was too late to cancel their booking on Airbnb  but I rescheduled for end January.  
The January dates have been blocked off by myself, therefore not showing guests. 
I’m wondering now how the review will work? I would like for both parties to be able to do this but will not be until end Jan and aware Airbnb have a cut off time.  Best way round this???!

The guest will be prompted to review after the original check out date if you haven't moved the booking officially.

If the original check in date hasn't been reached yet, send the guest an alteration request with the new dates, when they accept the request it will move the booking.

 

Or contact customer service and get them to move the booking.

You should have called airbnb. Give them a call and ask to move the booking, otherwise you will have no ganrantees on the future date. If they trash your place you will have no one to complain to.
