No help from airbnb support

Hello everyone one,

 

I can't get airbnb to reply to my issue.

 

I have a guest that left a review that is not within the review policies and I want Airbnb to remove it. 

 

I reached out 3 times with 2 successful attempts. They said it has been forward to their "special team"

 

I have yet to hear anything, its been 2 weeks now. 

 

Any tricks to get them moving?

@Robert4909 what part of the review is outside the policy? If it doesn't get taken down at least future guests have your response to someone who books pet friendly listing and then claims they are allergic to all but their own pet.
