I give up with Air BnB. They have indicated a reservation made on my host calendar for December 2-5, but there is no accompanying information. I've sent them a screenshot of the blank box at the side of the reservation page. My co-host has the information, but it is not showing up on my page. I have no way to contact the guest. My co-host has to do it, but I want to be able to.
Thanks! I know that, but I always get the information and I'm always the one who replies, acknowledges the reservation, and welcomes the guest or gives them details on how to let themselves in. Suddenly I don't. Why?
Yes, thank you Sarah977! The person I spoke with a week ago told me there was a "bug" but it would be sorted out within a few hours. No resolution yet. (And today I got an email from them asking if there was anything else they could do for me!) A second ongoing problem is that my son, Tom, set up the hosting site for me, but I do all the work!! He's the super host, but I'm not!
