I am trying to find out how to fix a situation where by I, and my guests, are not getting prompts for reviews. I do not have Twiiter, and I can't find where to contact AIRBNB to fix the issue.
@Andrew132 Yes, for some reason there has been a delay in sending out review notices. If it's been more than 4 days. contact Airbnb. To see all the ways you can do this, click on the link below.
@Clare0 thank you very for the link. Unforetunately, the contact AIRBNB link is for Canada. I can't seem to find the same on the au website. So looks like I'll have to sit on hold with them for as long as it takes. After only being on board as a host for a month, it is a pretty poor start for them. AIRBNB obviously do not want to support their memebers.
I am also not receiving notification to review nor are my guests - how can I resolve this? I had a guest change a long booking to just few days so I now owe Airbnb - this may be why the reviews for subsequent stays are not happening - can I refund the funds to Airbnb?
@Katherine35 If a guest stayed, regardless if there was an alteration / change of days of the reservation, both the guest and you are entitled to leave a review. If it has been more than 4 days since the guest checked out, contact Airbnb. Click on the link below to see all the ways you can do this.
