I have emailed about 7 or so times to Airbnb about no payment since September 5-6 and still no money. I am worried about other people coming to stay and will have to cancel as no payment as I am going crazy with this company. Can any one help with any informnation. Hi @Maria532 Looks like you've been a host for quite awhile, did this just start happening? Did you make any changes to your payment method recently that may be the cause? At any rate, call Airbnb - I've heard email isn't a very effective way to reach them lately.

And I've heard contacting through Twitter gets speedy results:
Step 1: Log into Twitter
Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them
Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response. They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.
