No payment from Air BNB

No payment from Air BNB

I have emailed about 7 or so times to Airbnb about no payment since September 5-6 and still no money.  I am worried about other people coming to stay and will have to cancel as no payment as I am going crazy with this company.  Can any one help with any informnation.  Cheers Maria The Stables Akaroa New Zealand.

Hi @Maria532 Looks like you've been a host for quite awhile, did this just start happening? Did you make any changes to your payment method recently that may be the cause? At any rate, call Airbnb - I've heard email isn't a very effective way to reach them lately.

And I've heard contacting through Twitter gets speedy results:

Step 1: Log into Twitter

Step 2: Search for @Airbnbhelp and choose "Follow" them

Step 3: Send a Direct Message (DM) explaining your issue and wait for their response.  They may ask for information such as your listing but always provide it over DM so it is not public.

Hi I didn't received the money from Airbnb right now. So who should i contact as well.

@Karen-and-Brian0 has indeed given you some ideas on how you can sort it all out.

It would be good to temporarily block the dates on your calendar so that the previous payment has been completely settled before you accept in more guests.

But i believe Airbnb will sort it all out, as they DO HAVE a record of people booking and staying at your place.

Also, check your "Payment Method" column, to see if you accidentally changed any important information there.
